“A Matter of Being” powerfully takes the reader on a journey of joyfully discovering the beauty, majesty, wonder and humility of finding the “Spiritual Being” within. Joél, through many years of research and travel, has developed his own philosophy based on the teachings of Lao Tzu, Buddha, Krishna and Jesus Christ; all who share common bonds, within their own teachings. Each chapter is another step on the path to discovering the beauty within each individual and achieving selflessness, while finding wisdom and a personal path to enlightenment. “A Matter of Being” is a work of love and compassion. Every person is worthy of their own individual beauty, kindness, compassion and their birth rite of inner peace. Through “A Matter of Being”, Joél lovingly encourages his readers to embrace all they are and all they can be.

"Awakening the Light Within - The Waking Tao"; Many have tried to find a common experience in finding the way. Finding the way is not an experience. It cannot be created or placed into being by common thought. The way is the path that is walked. In walking the path, the traveler will find manifestations of the inner spirit. The inner spirit allows the traveler to see all that is in the world and see all that is and might be in existence.
